Booking & Payments

How booking a space on Yanisa works

On-demand space is booked and confirmed online. Long-term space starts with an enquiry, because the seat count, term and rate are agreed with the operator before anything is signed.

From search to confirmation

  1. Shortlist — Filter to the space and product you need, and open the listing.
  2. Pick the slot — Choose the date, and for hourly inventory the start and end time. Availability shown comes from the operator's live calendar.
  3. Confirm and pay — Complete payment online. The booking is confirmed against the operator's calendar once payment succeeds.
  4. Arrive — Your confirmation carries the address and access details, and reception has the booking against your name.

Payment and invoices

On-demand bookings are paid at the time of booking. Long-term agreements are invoiced monthly by the operator against the terms in your agreement, usually with a security deposit at the start.

If the invoice has to carry a company name and GSTIN, provide those before the first invoice is generated - corrections after the fact are slower than they should be.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation terms vary by operator and by how close to the slot you cancel. The applicable window and refund are shown on the booking before you pay - read them there rather than assuming a standard policy.

For long-term space, leaving early is governed by the lock-in and notice clauses in your agreement, not by a cancellation policy.
