Searching on Yanisa
How to search and filter workspaces on Yanisa
The search is built around the same decisions the planning chapter asked you to make. Applied in order, the filters below take a city-wide list down to a handful of spaces worth visiting.
Start with city, then locality
Search the city first to see the spread of rates, then narrow to one or two localities around where your team lives. Locality moves price more than any other filter within a city - often more than the building itself.
Pick the module: on-demand or long-term
On-demand covers day passes, meeting rooms, training rooms and event spaces, priced per hour or per day. Long-term covers coworking desks, private cabins, managed offices, virtual offices and commercial space, priced per seat per month.
This choice changes what the price filter means, so set it before you touch the price range.
Filter by product type
Within a module, pick the product from the All Solutions menu or the filter bar. The product filter is stricter than a keyword search: it matches inventory the operator has listed as that type, so a search for meeting rooms will not return desks that happen to mention meetings.
Price range and billing unit
Set the price unit to match the module - hourly or daily for on-demand, monthly per seat for long-term - then set the range from your per-seat ceiling rather than your total budget.
Metro distance, lock-in and capacity
- Metro distance - cap it when commute drives attendance
- Maximum lock-in - the fastest way to remove spaces you cannot commit to
- Capacity - for cabins and meeting rooms, drops rooms that cannot seat your group
- Amenities - use sparingly; each one you add silently removes listings
Map view and header search
Switch to map view once the filters are set. It shows how the shortlist sits relative to transport and to where your team lives, which a list view cannot.
The search box in the header keeps the filters you have already applied, so searching a locality name narrows your current results instead of resetting them.
