Which Workspace Type Fits
Day pass, desk, cabin, managed office or virtual office?
Yanisa splits inventory into two modules. On-demand space is booked by the hour or the day and needs no commitment. Long-term space is licensed monthly and comes with a term.
Pick the type first, then filter. Choosing a type you do not need is the most expensive mistake in this guide, and the easiest one to avoid.
Day pass
A seat for a day, booked for the date you need it. Right for solo founders, travelling employees, and hybrid teams who need a base two or three days a week without holding a desk for the rest of the month.
Meeting rooms and event spaces
Booked by the hour or the slot, with a screen, whiteboard and reception support. Right for client meetings, interviews, workshops, offsites and launches - including for teams who otherwise work remotely and only need a professional room occasionally.
Coworking desks
A monthly seat on a shared floor, hot or dedicated. Right for teams of roughly 2 to 15 who want a fixed base, shared amenities and no fit-out. Cost scales with headcount, so seats can be added or dropped as the team changes.
Private cabins
A lockable room inside a coworking floor, with shared pantry, reception and meeting rooms. Right when calls, confidential work or simple concentration make an open floor unworkable - typically from 3 seats up to about 25.
Managed offices
A whole floor or wing built to your layout and branding, run by the operator, billed as one monthly figure. Right from roughly 25 seats, when you want your own space and identity but not the fit-out project, the vendor management or the staffing.
Virtual office
A business address with mail handling, and usually a few meeting room hours, without a seat. Right for fully remote companies, for GST or company registration in a city where you have no premises, and for testing a new city before committing to space in it.
Commercial office space
A conventional office taken bare shell or warm shell and fitted out by you. Right for established teams with a multi-year horizon, in-house admin capacity and a reason to control the space fully. Expect months, not days, between signing and moving in.
